Opphive provides link intelligence analysis, backlink auditing, and SEO consultancy services. Our deliverables include Link Placement Score (LPS) reports, LinkRisk domain analysis, and strategic recommendations for link profile management.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service, or interfere with any other party's use of the service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, scoring systems (including Link Placement Score and LinkRisk Analysis), and materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of Opphive. Reports delivered to clients are licensed for the client's internal use only and may not be redistributed or resold without written consent.

5. Third-Party Disclaimer

Our services involve the analysis of data from third-party sources, including but not limited to search engines (such as Google, Bing, and others), domain registrars, web crawlers, and external link databases. Opphive cannot be held responsible for the actions, decisions, opinions, algorithm changes, or policies of any third party, including search engines.

Specifically:

  • We do not control how search engines index, rank, or penalise websites, and we bear no liability for changes in search engine rankings or traffic following the implementation of any recommendations.
  • Our analysis and recommendations are based on industry best practices and proprietary methodologies, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as search engine algorithms are proprietary and subject to change without notice.
  • Any third-party tools, platforms, or services referenced in our reports or communications are independent of Opphive, and we accept no responsibility for their accuracy, availability, or conduct.
  • Opphive does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any content, links, or domains analysed as part of our services — our role is strictly analytical and advisory.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opphive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are as quoted or agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received in full.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, fees for work already completed remain payable. Opphive reserves the right to terminate services immediately if these Terms are breached.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
